By downloading or using the AFIKA app ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MINDSGN STUDIO (PTY) LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. It provides a fast, simple interface for sending USDC while keeping your private keys under your own control.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, trademarks, and all code remain the property of MINDSGN STUDIO (PTY) LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Your Data & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials you use to access your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINDSGN STUDIO (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
