MINDSGN STUDIO (PTY) LTD ("we", "us", "our") built the AFIKA app ("the App") as a non-custodial USDC money transfer app. It lets you send digital dollar balances to saved contacts with biometric security.. • Wallet information you create. Your private keys are generated and stored entirely on your device — we never see or store them.
• Transaction details on the public blockchain required to send or receive USDC transfers.
• Device security settings such as your use of biometrics or PIN to unlock the App.
• No custody: because the App is non-custodial, we do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or keys.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App's core features.
• To sync data you explicitly enable across your own devices.
• To respond to support requests when you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Where data is stored locally, it stays on your device and never leaves it unless you opt in to sync. Where cloud features are used, data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. You may delete your data at any time from within the App.

The App may rely on third-party service providers for infrastructure such as cloud storage, app analytics, or push notifications. These providers only process data as needed to deliver their service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
